Notice: The Foundation is not the only organization with an interest and investment in ASP-related phenomena. There are many other groups in existence who possess, use, attempt to create, and/or research ASP objects. Some of these groups create ASPs, some study them, and some try to remove them from the public eye. Some organizations try to do all three. It has been deemed necessary to create and distribute a brief on what agencies the Foundation knows about, and their contributions, purpose, or goals in this field of study.
