UFOIL or the UFO Investigators league was a UFO Group that created a field manual and newsletter. They had branching chapters of investigators who would investigate reports known as KUFOIL in Kentucky and OUFOIL in Ohio. They were a part of the Coalition Of Concerned Ufologists.
