ASP-??? The Cerulean Specter:

This ASP, found on the "Ice Age Trail" in Lodi, Wisconsin, USA, is a blue entity seen gliding along the path with a smooth motion. It appeared to have some kind of long blue plume coming out of the back of its head, which waved around as it moved.
