Around 340 have been killed in the country of Canada as of recent years due to poor management of mining waste.
“Canada holds the title of ‘The leader of responsible mining,’” the delegate of Canada said ,”None of the countries here have 0 deaths due to mining related incidents but the implementation of rules and protocols is what matters which Canada does best.
In addition, Canada pointed its fingers at China stating that the country is the leading mercury polluter and the emission of greenhouse gasses in the country of China is causing problems all around the globe.
“China is the first country to implement Green mining” The delegate of China stated ,”It’s the country of Canada who is doing a horrific job when it comes to the management of mine wastages.”
Moreover the delegate of Singapore targeted one of the allies of Canada, India stating that in the interval of 4 years from the year 2013 to 2017, almost 4 lakh 16 thousand cases of illegal mining had been registered.
“The country of India is aware of its situation when it comes to mining “ The delegate of India said , “Even though the government is aware of the situation, India is facing challenges in the management of mines due to it being one of the hot spots for mining.
Also the delegates of Japan defended the country of India stating no other country had “stepped up” when India asked for help regarding its mining related issues but every country is pointing a finger at India now.
All the countries around the globe have been facing mining related issues and the management of mining wastage is not paid much attention to which is degrading the environment as well as hampering the citizens.
