“Discipline is the key to success; It absolutely is."
If you cannot force yourself to do something you don't want to do, how are you ever going to put yourself through the suffering required for greatness?”
"Discipline- doing what you hate to do but to do it in a way such that you eventually love it.”
It is the truth and that's what makes me ecstatic about this MUN. The students this year are talented with such skills in technology which will help make this MUN nothing short of magical.
The IT team that I'm working with this year is legitimately one of the best team of people that I have ever worked with and I hope to create something that makes everyone flabbergasted beyond compare. My hope is that this year's MUN can become greater and more oriented towards technology than previous ones and since it is the first one being held physically after almost 3 years, there is a lot of pressure in trying our best to make this MUN grand.
Ultimately, it all depends on how hard we as a team work, which is why I wish all of the luck in the world to all of you delegates. Your effort is what makes MUN truly entertaining and important. So, if our side of the job hasn't be done well then I sure hope you won't give up and work even harder.
Best of luck delegates! You all deserve it.

“There’s no shame in admitting what you don’t know. The only shame is pretending you know all the answers.”
“Whether or not you can ever become great at something, you can always become better at it. Don’t ever forget that! And don’t say “I’ll never be good”. You can become better! and one day you’ll wake up and you’ll find out how good you have actually become.”
-Neil DeGrasse Tyson
This is one of the most paramount quotes that I have read, and it states a lot about people these days. It doesn't matter whether you are great at something or not, your ability to improve will always be better than your ability to weep at the supposed impossibility of the task at hand. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is a part of developing. Whenever you reach that point, don't be sorry; be better.
MUN is another way of showing your hard work and determination for working with others. Your skills in research and speaking will be directly seen my many and it might bring about anxiety, however even I have been there and it's not as terrifying as one may think.
Your hard work in MUN is what makes it entertaining along with all the other amazing people that might work with or against you. That's why everyone participating has an equal hand in making this TES-MUN the best one in the line of others. Do your research, and make sure your time in MUN is not one you regret.
Best of luck to all of you!
