Serving as the IT Coordinator for TESMUN 2025 has been an enriching journey that allowed me to work closely with the talented Grade 10 IT Team. Together, we were entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the digital face of the conference. Our work ranged from developing and maintaining the TESMUN website to producing the opening and closing ceremony videos, designing digital invitation cards, and preparing portfolios for the Dias members. Each task demanded creativity, precision, and strong collaboration, and the students consistently rose to the challenge with enthusiasm and dedication.
My role, alongside our Senior Computer Teacher, Ms. Deepa Ghimire, was to mentor and support the team, ensuring that their technical work aligned with the vision of the event. I witnessed the students take ownership of their responsibilities, troubleshoot under pressure, and deliver results that enhanced the overall quality of TESMUN 2025. Beyond technical skills, they demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership—qualities that reflect the spirit of both TESMUN and our school community.
Looking back, what stands out most is the way technology became a bridge for creativity and diplomacy. From the polished visuals to the seamless online platforms, the IT Team’s contribution played a vital role in creating an engaging and professional experience for all participants. I am deeply proud of their achievements and grateful for the opportunity to guide them through this process. TESMUN 2025 has been a memorable milestone, not only for the delegates but also for the IT Team, whose work will continue to inspire future editions of the conference.
