Lesapielí is the capital city of the elven realm. The great elven palace within the city is where the king or queen of the elves lives. Lesapielí lies deep within the Silvadrian forest and is well protected by wards and other protective spells. Since elves love nature, all of their buildings are built to flow with the trees and plants instead of against them. Floors of thick, soft moss, walls with vines and flowers growing over them, and no glass covering the window openings to allow the breeze to flow through. Fountains are plentiful throughout the city, though they are powered not with technology or natural springs but with magic. Natural waterfalls that fall into a large, perfectly clear pool can be found in the center of the city. These waterfalls tend to be a gathering point for events that do not take place within the palace. Unlike castles in the human realm, this elven palace is not built with walls surrounding it to keep people out. All members of elven society are welcome to gather within the palace. Besides the current and past royal families and the elven council, there is not much of a class system in the elven society. All are considered equal and money is not a measure of one's power. The elves have no use for it.
