While I'm fairly certain that you should know all about humans by now, there are some things that makes the humans in Terapersü unique. Most humans in Terapersü reside in the lands to the East either in the human's capital city of Soleria or in small towns and villages. Humans rule over the Terendäöna Realm, which translates exactly to 'humanland' in the elven language Arsatena. Although some of their settlements take their names from the elven language, humans primarily speak another language that was brought to the land when the dwarves arrived one thousand years after Terapersü's birth. The human government is that of a monarchy, with a King that rules over the Realm and Lords who preside over certain groups of towns and villages.
Terapersü is a medieval roleplay, and the humans here live much in the same way as those who lived in Europe during medieval times. Many of them survive by trading goods they have farmed, fished or otherwise made themselves. Women who live in the countryside tend to the home while their husbands and sons work to provide for the women. Most of the time women are completely reliant on their husbands, who have complete control of their finances. Some women without husbands may find themselves as household servants performing duties such as laundry and childcare. Women without husbands may also find themselves as healers or midwives.
The diet of the average human consists of meat or fish that has been salted or pickled and vegetables and fruits that have been preserved as well. Almost every rural family keeps at least one cow that provides dairy products such as milk, butter, buttermilk, cheese or curds and whey. Peasants also eat a lot of thick soup made from meat, vegetables and bran. Wealthier humans eat far better than the poor, with tables decked with fresh meat, stews, pies, jellies, and fritters that are heavily seasoned.
Humans in Terapersü are not superstitious and many who have not seen them do not believe in elves, magic, merpeople, faeries or any of the other magical creatures that inhabit the land. So, unless they are the rare few who grew up close to the other Realms, humans that encounter these creatures are shocked and usually frightened. Humans who practice magic themselves generally do so as discreetly as possible. Since humans usually live in small towns and villages and travel between them is long and difficult, most live their entire lives without ever travelling. They receive news of other towns and cities through travelling merchants who visit occasionally to sell and to trade. Humans who live in the capital city Soleria are far better informed and are more likely to know about magic and the other Realms of races.
