This could be a good idea to do at the end of each month or something. Each time a student does something amazing, I could write down their name and put it into a drawing and give away 5-7 prizes at the end of each month! It would be a great way to motivate students to do good things each day because they get unlimited entries, but I would limit each student to 1-2 prizes each month, so one student doesn't get 5 of them!

This could go along with the prize box idea where if a student does something small and I put their name in a drawing, I also give them sticker when they do it to help keep up morale throughout the entire month.

At the end of the unit or chapter, it would be a fun idea to have a little party for the students to celebrate getting through it and they can only participate if they got all of their work done for that specific unit.
