In the beginning of the school year have them make a time capsule for themt o open on the last day of school! Have them fill out a sheet at the beginning of the school year stating their favorite food, color, and other things! Another fun thing to include would be a string that measures how tall they were at the startand then seeign how much they grew at the end of the year. 

Give the students a piece of paper with prompts such as "Only-Child" or "Has a Dog" and see who can get all of them filed first. Or even leave it empty and see who can get everybody's signature the fastest. 

Give the students who want to an opportunity to show the class one of their cool talents! This could be great if one of your students is a little shy and does not want to participate in a school-wide one or if your school does not offer one!
