Student Reflection Sheet

All About School Flower!

I have created an "All About School Flower" template that I will hand out to my kindergarten students before Parent Teacher Conferences. I will have a green, yellow, and red marker sitting in front of each student and I will ask them to "grade" each category based on how they think they are doing in it. I made sure to include the core subjects, a couple of electives, and then I asked them how they are doing with friends and with their behavior. As for the colors, green means that they think they are doing really good in that subject, yellow means that they are doing okay but could use some help sometimes, and red means that they are doing very bad and need my help right now.
