Give each student a paper bag or walmart sack and tell them that they need to bring 3-5 things that are important to them or that they think represents them in some way. 

Have each student bring in one item that is important to them in some way. They can have a theme but it would be more fun if they were able to bring in their absolute favorite thing. 

Have a scavengar hunt for the sudents to complete to figure out where things are in the classroom. To make it more fun, pair them up and tell one person that they are not allowed to talk and then other person had to guide them to where they need to go!

Have each student write a fun fact about themself on a piece of paper. The have them crumple it into a ball and throw it into a circle in the middle of the room. Have the students then go grab a ball from the middle and try to fin out who it belongs to. 

Write a bunch of get to know you questions on a beach ball and have the students stand in a circle and pass the ball around to each other and whatever question is touching their right hand is the one that they have to andwer in front of the group.
