What defines healthy lifestyle? To discuss it a great way to start the day. It sounds simple but is actually complicated. Here is what I think :
Breathing
Humans need to breathe to live as much as machines need fuel to move. Breathing is the foundation, baseline in every millisecond we step on this planet. It is the building blocks that makes us stand. By breathing, we can do anything –from doing the most accustomed habits to the most miraculous invention.
Breathing is so simple yet one of the most crucial aspects of our life. It is intricate, wrapped in simple threads. We’ve given very little thought to breathing, not knowing how long it creates chapters of our life. As it is the ink to our book of living. Doing it habitually, unconsciously in a repetitive manner as a standard of healthy lifestyle, is what defines breathing so important and is glued to our body and soul. We can’t live without breathing, we are nothing without it.
