Yet millions of people do not get enough sleep and many suffer from lack of sleep.
Lack of sleep is caused by many things. In many cases, a person's lack of sleep is due to their irregular life. unstable sleep schedule, and eating junk food all the time can make us more difficult to go to sleep. This is the cause of stress, insomnia, and other sleep disorders
According to psychologists and sleep experts, sleep disorders can have an impact on memory problems and the inability to multitask. and of course, this will reduce the quality of the work someone does. Can you imagine someone who lacks sleep doing his daily work, full of sleepiness, lethargy, and tiredness? Of course, the results will not be optimal.
Everyone's sleep needs are different. In general, most adults need a minimum of 7 hours of sleep a night. but some people even though they have enough sleep, they still feel tired or sleepy, why? it's because they didn’t sleep the right way. the right way to sleep is using repetition. if you repeat your sleep schedule, your body will adapt. so if you see someone that able to function without sleepiness or drowsiness after only six hours of sleep. it’s because they repeat that every day and their body is adapted.
the other way is with a healthy lifestyle. with healthy activities and diet, we can optimize our sleep. if we work out often our body will be tired and need a rest. so the workout can optimize our sleep to be better. with a good night's sleep, we can reduce the risk of getting sick and improve our mood. so don't sleep carelessly, sleep correctly
