Running an effective business means that all stakeholders and customers are equally important. The classroom and the school is a business in which our parents must be considered equally important as the students we cater for. Liaising on with parents and keeping them in the know of the daily activities, schedules and events that take place in the school is paramount.
Getting the parents involved and keeping them involved allows them to feel a sense of safety, security and intimacy with and from the school.
It is very crucial that there is a relationship establish between parents and teachers as well as the school and parents. This builds a bond and helps with the holistic development of each student.

Parent and Teacher Communication
keeping my parents in the know, is very important in the smooth running of daily activities of my class. An educated and knowledgeable parent equals a successful student. Education is a partnership between the home and school, thus if communication is lacking between both there will be a gap in successfully educating the students in my care.
