Stagnation should never accepted in anything one puts his/her mind to. As an educator it is my duty to always seek to uplift myself and inturn uplift my profession. These upliftments are oftentimes not rewarded tangibly but just the sense of feeling accomplished which will inturn aid you in upliftment someone else is a fullfilment in itself.
