Leaving a legacy of wealth through education wherever I am planted. It is my desire to continue to work alongside the men and women of region one; QEC 8 who have made their marks and continue to work assiduously to improve the quality education that our children deserve.

As a mentor and leader, I strive to serve with excellence while acknowledging those I am in charge of, especially in a time where one will often times feel overwhelm. Encouragement sweetens labour, is one of the many mantras I endeavour to live by as a leader and team player.

The truth is no man is an island, no man stands alone; it is important that as educators, the knowledge we garner is shared amongst ourselves as we lift as we climb. When information is shared we are building the wealth base of our organization as wealth is knowledge and knowledge is wealth.
Selfish ambitions divide an organization but being kind builds it. As an avid believer in this, there are numerous occasions on which I have passed on a wealth of knowledge to my colleagues, whether through training/workshops or simply sharing documents. Attached are some of the documents I have shared or pictures of me conducting workshops as well as conversations, whether through emails, whatsapp or zoom.
