Encouraging sweetens labour, they say. It is important that as educators we encourage our students even in the smallest way for them to feel accomplished or a sense of worth. It doesn't matter how small the incentives may be students do appreciate them and it propels them to try working even harder. Below are some of the awards given to the students ranging from badges to medals.
