Nesa

Nesa was taken as a child and experimented on by Kitsu, another elf who had the same treatment done to her crossing her with a Mahr, Nesa ended up as the sole survivor of many other girls and was 'treasured' by Kitsu as if she was her own child. Later she was found by Filavandrel who took her in and treated her like his own daughter accepting her as an elf despite the fact that the experiments made her into a crossbreed. This was something that was met with mixed reactions by other elves however she would insist (with reassurance from Filavandrel) she was still an elf no matter what.

As she grew though, the differences would show in more ways than just the markings on her forehead, Nesa could change her appearance at will which she used to conceal her markings for a while,  ashamed of them but with encouragement she allowed her true appearance to be on show more.
