Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon Trevelyan is a human mage from the Ostwick circle who escaped during the rebellion, she ended up attending the Chantry Conclave in 9:41 Dragon and was the sole survivor of the cataclysmic event and later becomes Inquisitor for the Inquisition.

Ciri is very headstrong with a temper if you cross her. She has a strong mage bias being that she is one herself. She is talented not only with her magic but with regular combat also which she claims she learned from a travelling Grey Warden when she was still in the Circle as a young child. She had begged to be taken by him but he refused, claiming the circle was a safer place for a child as young as her. She still remembers him fondly though.
