Starfishers are the aquatic subspecies. They typically sport a single horn, webbed hands/feet, a sea critter's tail and gems on the hips and head and are smooth skinned or scaled.

As the species is now open, there are no 'illegal' traits and mixing traits between species is also perfectly fine- Chimeras are totally legal! And while the traits listed below might have a suggested gender, the hard rule for gendered traits were ditched long before Stardragons became an open species and are only listed for those who want to go off of the original lore.
