What is a Chimera?
A Chimera comes into being when one Stardragon species is mixed with another and the resulting baby exhibits traits from both subspecies.

What kind of traits are there?
Technically, none! The species creators did not define any traits, each and every Chimera is a unique creature and how you mix the traits is up to you. You can have one single other trait like, an extra gem or mixed traits like a Sweeper Stinger Tail with Shooter Plates and Gem Rings (depicted to the left)

What about Hybrids? Like, non - Stardragon mixes?
Although these were rarely discussed by admins, typically you could mate your dragons with outside species, and these were called Hybrids.

At the time Hybrids were only allowed to have fully stardragon traits and a myo slot or mod made design and weren't allowed to share their lore lineage within the community
OR
they if they looked like the non SD parent, the character was not to be used within the community/ world. Now of course, this is perfectly acceptable.  Hybridize to your hearts content!
