Starfishers are the aquatic subspecies. They typically sport a single horn, webbed hands/feet, a sea critter's tail and gems on the hips and head and are smooth skinned or scaled.

Starfishers
Starfishers are the tricksters of the sea, responsible for many a shipwreck and capsized boat. Though there are a few who prefer to live peacefully along-side their land dwelling cousins, you're much more likely to find one popping a hole in your hull instead of offering an olive branch of peace.
Typically, Starfishers are found in the ocean, making their homes within the coral reefs, kelp forests, or even near the deep sea vents. They are not without the ability to walk - or more specifically, wadde - on land, however, harsh sunlight combined with their sensitive skin makes it impractical for them to spend much time above water, and soft feet also pose a problem for any Starfisher wishing to venture further than the beach.
Female Starfishers use seaweed, coral, seashells and anemone as hairpeices, instead of flowers.

Starfisher lifegems take the form of large 'eyes' on either side of their head. Their hair simply grows around the orbs. Froglike feet allow Starfishers to traverse sea and land alike. They enjoy floating near the surface, with their gems just above the water.
Wings: As if parading about on both land and sea wasn't enough, some Starfishers can even soar across the skies, leaping out of the water and taking flight with their large, fin shaped wings. LEGENDARY
Lifegems: Like all Stardragons, Starfishers have their own unique lifegems. With an orb placed on each side of their head, these pseudo eyes come in a variety of patterns. Depicted: Common Clear, Cuttlefish, Frog, Crocodile. Uncommon Four and Five Point Star. Rare Starburst and Sakura
Fin Types: Arm, back and hip fins come in many shapes and sizes, typically complimenting the tail fin. Pictured are a few example. Arms: None, Dorsal, Half, Full. Back: None, Spiked, Dorsal and Frilled
Male Starfishers have been seen with a multitude of tail types, but they typically fall into two categories; Seahorse and Crustacean. Female Starfishers typically have skirts made up of tendrils and tentacles. The two major categories are Jellyfish and Cephalopod. Finned tails are uncommon uncluding; Amphibian, Shark, Mammal, Fishlike. Rarely, Starfishers will have Nudibranch tails, often accompanied by brilliant bio-luminescence.
Horns: Unlike most Stardragons, Fishers only have one horn.

Barbels: Ranging in size and length, Starfisher barbels can either be finlike or form as long tendrils. Every so often one might stumble upon a Starfisher with tentacles in place of barbels.
Earfin Shapes commonly vary from fisher to fisher, sometimes they appear in more exotic shapes. Ex: Axolotl & Spiked
Fishers in their youth are born with Amphibious Tails, generally a tadpole like tail. As they grow, their tail may develop into their adult tails but some fishers keep their baby tails their whole lives.
Unlike the Sweepers and Eaters, the rare Fisher born with a cape find themselves free from Shooter poachers in regards to collecting their hides for fashion. The sea smell is mostly considered unattractive.
Leviathan
If one had thought Fishers could not get worse, they clearly have never faced a Leviathan. Though is varies by age, Leviathans are generally bigger than your average Fisher... and with more desire to bite.
