Dance meaning: symbolising periods of deep grief which come and go, without particular reason, in a natural cycle. Think of the mustard seed, which spends the long winter underground gathering it’s energy to bust forth with green leaves and hope in spring. The natural cycles of dark and light are very clear in this dance, you can walk through them confidently and find inner stability.
