For your interest I will tell you how Kate’s Hassapikos came about.
I knew Kate quite well. She was a Greek lady, a psychiatrist, who lived in New Zealand and loved Greek dancing. She choreographed quite a few dances. I had a book and CD called: Dance like a Greek. The international Folk Dance group invited her a few times to come and do workshops which I attended. Unfortunately she died a few years ago.
