Tails is a stout amber-furred Mobian red fox with red shoes, a bit of baby fat and obviously, two tails.

Tails is shy, however he has intelligence equal to that of Albert Einstein, and is a pro when it comes to mechanics and machinery. With his two tails he can spin them like a propellor to achieve flight.

Tails is able to fly by spinning his tails extremely fast. He is also greatly intelligent for his age.

Born in the Nameless Zone, Tails was considered an outcast due to his strange appearance. He had an affinity for inventing, but his "friends" always destroyed his creations. He was also bullied a lot due to his two tails. Believe it or not, the bullies used to call him "Stinky Tails" and "Poo Poo Face".

However this constant abuse would soon end.

One day, when Tails was being bullied once more, a blue hedgehog named Sonic dashed by and saved him.

And the rest is history...
