Hocke-Wulf is a mobian wolf with blue fur and a stupid widdle grin on his face.

Hocke-Wulf acts as a giggly, mean-spirited bully who enjoys tormenting creatures who are smaller and weaker than him. Despite his jovial nature, he also has a temper and will become angry and violent if he is pushed far enough. Hocke-Wulf is arrogant, believing himself to be very smart and boasting about his strength; however, he is actually rather dimwitted, getting a metaphor wrong, and him attempting to fight Tails hands-on leads to him accidentally trapping himself by running without looking where he is going. Hocke-Wulf also fears his boss, Witchcart, and will quickly obey her orders when she gets angry.
