Ray is a short and chubby Mobian northern flying squirrel kit with yellow fur, orange-tan skin and blue eyes. He wears white gloves with blue cuffs and shoes that are similar to Amy's boots, but blue.

Ray always tries to look on the bright side of life but is fairly timid compared to his bombastic friends. 

Ray can glide via his patagium and can climb with his tail.
