Open Issues with the Volunteer Website

Empty pages: Under the main page, Rose Garden, Butterfly Garden. Under Greenhouse, Nursery map.

Partially completed pages: Under the main page, Directors and Coordinators, Internet and Phones, FAQ.

Greenhouse Volunteer Handbook: The content in the handbook partially overlaps the handouts on Propagation, Potting and Houseplants (written by Judy and Brenda). The handouts are a concise and convenient reference. However, there should be consistency between handouts and the handbook. This has not been verified.

New Volunteers: The checklist for new volunteers is specific for the greenhouse. There should be a similar checkbook for Rose Garden volunteers ... or it should be incorporated into the greenhouse checklist.

Volunteer Website Administration: There should be a small number of administrators for the Volunteer Website (say 2-5). This will both spread the workload (not heavy) and provide faster response when changes are necessary. Currently there is just a single administrator.

Board Agenda and Minutes: Is there a Board member willing to make the meeting agenda and minutes available for posting to the website? It doesn't need to be formatted. A simple text document is fine.
