Supplies

SUPPLIES AND THEIR LOCATIONS

There are three main locations for our supplies.  In the potting shed, we have a closet and a white supply cabinet.  In the garage, we have a metal cabinet and shelves on large rolling metal racks.  There are signs posted stating what’s in the cabinets and the designated shelves have signs noting they are for greenhouse supplies and storage only.  In the pumphouse, we have an office wall unit where we have our brochures and office supplies.

Everything has been labeled so it’s easy to know where to find things.  We would appreciate if things were kept in their designated locations. 

If we are low on an item, please e-mail supplies@sanmateoarboretum.org.  It goes to our volunteers who handle supplies.  It’s the best method of communicating when we need something restocked.

We have a water dispenser in the pumphouse kitchen.  All volunteers are given a water bottle with our logo on it.  You should write your name on it with indelible marker.  There are shelves in kitchen and greenhouse where you can store the bottles.
