Consumables: As per AMM

1) LST, CFC & Rag pieces

2) B-half sealant

3) Paper tape

Tools:

1) Torque wrench # 50 in-lbs

2) Apex bit # No.10 (qty-02)

3) Speed handle/bit holder

4) Poker , Knife

5) Common tools

Support Equipments:

1) Three step trestle

Precautions/Tricks: As per AMM

1) Override (Off) Blower & Extractor P/B and tag it.

2) Precautionary- Aircraft electrical power should be off.

3) Remove old B-half sealant with the help of Poker or Screwdrivers# No.02.

4) The sealant should be removed carefully from around the skin air outlet, otherwise scratches may occur.

5) Remove paints from screws head ,so that it can easily come out.

6) Keep removed screws upon rag a piece with the same orientation as they installed for avoiding any confusion during installation.

7) Call Painter for filling, B-half sealant around component.

Warning: Always use updated AMM / IPC,Task card, etc for performing any work on aircraft.
