Title: Chandrayaan: A Journey to the Moon

This webinar will start with a brief overview of the Chandrayaan effort by Dr. Jiten Goswami. This will then be followed by a conversation between Dr. Goswami and Prof. Deep Medhi about this effort and future directions. After this, the participants will get an opportunity to ask questions.

Dr. Jiten Goswami was Director of Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad and was Chief Scientist of Chandrayaan-1. He hails from Jorhat. Prof. Deep Medhi is Program Director at the National Science Foundation, USA, where he manages future research programs and leads research infrastructure efforts for large-scale networked computing. He hails from Guwahati.
