This module has been developed to support School Leaders, Senior Leadership Teams and SE Coordinators. The module provides detail on how collaborative partnership working should be led. Throughout the module there are specific references to academic research and evidence that has been gathered from the previous Shared Education Initiatives. 

The module has been spilt into 6 sections which makes it easier to navigate and engage with. Leaders should view each section in order and reflect on their current practice while considering opportunities to develop their new or existing partnership. 

This module has been developed to:

1. Provide leaders with an understanding of the skills necessary to lead a Shared Education Partnership.

2. Allow leaders to become familiar with the features of Shared Education based on current practice.

3. Signpost leaders to a range of literature, resources and learning that has been created to support Shared Education. 

4. Encourage leaders to self-evaluate and reflect on their current partnership and consider how they can bring about improvement.

5. Support leaders who are engaging in Shared Education for the first time and provide them with guidance on leading an effective partnership.
