The section of the Shared Education TPL Hub will focus on the practice that is currently ongoing across Shared Education Partnerships. Inputs from Nursery, Primary, Post-Primary and Special School practitioners will help outline the impact Shared Education is having within their partnerships.
Each Case Study will consist of a written report or an interview with a partnership representative. The Case Studies will vary in content and will provide practitioners with ideas on how to progress their own partnership. The opportunity to listen to practitioners, who have experience in this area, will be beneficial to partnerships at all levels.
In addition, to sharing examples of how the partnerships have engaged children and young people in shared activity, there will also be opportunity to listen to how partnerships have engaged in Joint Practice Development (JPD). This collaborative approach has been adopted by Partnerships and Clusters of Schools to address areas of common need.
The expectation is that as the library of examples grows, the case studies will become a useful resource for practitioners who are looking for ideas in overcoming challenges and progressing their Shared Education Partnership.
