The Twining Memo provides a new perspective on the US military's encounters with Tic Tac UAPs since 1947, by the SETI Nuggets Editor, June 12, 2021

The Twining memo appears to say the Tic Tac UAPs are real and have been known by some people in the US Air Force for 70 years.

In my opinion, if there were Tic Tacs on Earth in 1947, more than 70 years ago, foreign powers would have tried to reverse engineer and clone them.

"Nathan Twining October 11, 1897 – March 29, 1982 was a United States Air Force general, born in Monroe, Wisconsin. He was Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force from 1953 until 1957, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1957 to 1960. "

I will take a guess: the General was sending an important message. Take a look at the distribution list that includes Army, Navy, Air Force, AEC, NACA, NEPA, the Rand Project, and more.

I wasn't familiar with a few acronyms from the above Twining memo: NACA, and the non-environmental acronym NEPA.

A few correctly in context (1947) acronyms.
