Com o nosso planeta enviando sinais de que é preciso adequar o ritmo, a moda e sua performance cotidiana podem ser veículos para inspirar atitudes sustentáveis. Performance, Fashion and Sustainability

Is a fashion show performance art? Are elaborate looks performances? Before leaving home, have you ever seen yourself as a performance artist checking out costumes? Questions like these place creations and fashion choices as artistic manifestations. With our planet sending signals that we need to adjust the rhythm, fashion and its everyday performance can be vehicles to inspire sustainable attitudes. For art, for well-being and for the planet.

In 2004, Jum Nakao exhibited a fashion show with paper looks at São Paulo Fashion Week. At the end of the show, the models/performers destroyed the clothes on the catwalk. Desde 2015, SerformanceP promove a produção e fruição das artes performáticas em diversos formatos. Anualmente, artistas de todo o mundo mostram suas criações em uma mostra em São Paulo, polo cultural e contra-cultural no sul global. 

O evento é uma iniciativa independente dos gêmeos paulistanos Isaac e Ismael Trabuco em rede com artistas e produtores.

Since 2015, SerformanceP promotes the production and enjoyment of performing arts in different formats. Annually, artists from around the world show their creations in an exhibition in São Paulo, a cultural and countercultural hub in the global south.

The event is an independent initiative of the São Paulo twins Isaac and Ismael Trabuco in a network of artists and producers.
