XOX Protect - Instant Cash Rebate Campaign Terms and Conditions

3.      Campaign Period 

3.1.        The Campaign commences from 15th May 2024 to 31st December 2024 (both dates inclusive) ("Campaign Period") or such other period as may be determined by XOX and will be announced in the XOX Protect Website.

4.    Eligibility

4.1.        The Campaign is open to all Malaysian Residents and non Malaysian residents who are registered or beneficial owners of a vehicle (motorcycle or motorcar) ("Vehicle”) in Malaysia who successfully purchased a motor insurance plan from the XOX Protect Website with full motor premiums paid during the Campaign Period.

5.     Campaign Offer

5.1. Each   successful purchase of a motor insurance plan from the XOX Protect Website will entitle the Purchaser with instant cash rebate of five per centum (5%) of the amount of insurance value ("Reward”).

5.2. Purchaser shall receive a cash rebate sum which is equivalent to five per centum (5%) of the total value of the insurance (only insurance with other added items) purchased. The Reward will be automatically calculated, and the Reward will show and be deducted immediately at the checkout page. 

5.3. There is no limit on the purchase of motor insurance in order to participate in the Campaign and be eligible for the Reward. Purchaser(s) who own multiple vehicles are allowed to purchase insurance for more than one vehicle and still participate in the Campaign. 

6.      Reward

6.1. The instant cash rebate is fixed at five per centum (5%) of the total amount of insurance value purchased by the Purchaser.

6.2. The Reward will be credited to the Purchaser at the checkout page of the motor insurance purchase process at XOX Protect Website. 

6.3. The Reward is for use within XOX Protect Website  only and will be limited to cash rebate only.    

6.4. The Reward is not exchangeable for cash and does not represent a cash value outside of XOX Protect. 

6.5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XOX expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness of the Reward for a particular purpose.

6.6. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, XOX reserves the right to substitute the Reward with similar type of items of equivalent retail value at XOX’s absolute discretion as and when circumstances dictate with prior notice to the Purchasers.  

7.      Campaign Announcements and Marketing

7.1. XOX will make campaign announcements through XOX’s official social media channel and/or XOX Protect Website.

8. Data Privacy and Sharing

8.1. By participating in this Campaign, Purchaser consent to share their data with XOX for Reward distribution and other marketing activities. 

9.      General Terms and Conditions

9.1. XOX reserves the right to disqualify any Purchaser who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behaviour. 

9.2. The Reward is only available for the specified period of the Campaign.

9.3. By participating in the Campaign, Purchaser is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree that any and all decisions made by XOX in relation to every aspect of the Campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive.

9.4. Any visuals shown or on display on any XOX promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.

9.5. The Reward is non-transferable and/or non-exchangeable and/or non-redeemable for cash or credit or any other value in any form.

9.6. XOX does not warrant that the Campaign shall be uninterruptible and/or error free. By participating in this Campaign, the Subscriber hereby acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that XOX shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable for any technical failures of any kind, system/server interruption and/or any electronic error arising from the Campaign unless the same arise from and are caused directly by XOX’s gross negligence or wilful default.

9.7. Acceptance of the Reward by Purchaser constitute a release and discharge of XOX by or from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and/or damages which the Purchaser may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of relating to the Campaign; and/or personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Purchaser as a result of the use, acceptance  and/or enjoyment of the Reward.

9.8. XOX reserves the right to alter, change, terminate, extend the Campaign Period or amend, modify the terms and conditions stated herein at its sole discretion any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the Campaign, the decision of XOX shall be final.

9.9. By participating in the Campaign, the Purchaser irrevocably agrees to release and hold harmless XOX and its associate companies, employees, advisors from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Campaign and/or from any prize-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage.

9.10. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Purchasers agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.

9.11. “XOX” means XOX Media Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 200701005355 (763354-U)) and includes its parent company and permitted assigns.
