we cant ship out AA due to legal concerns with the post office but we can credit them 10 for AA batteries

Common Issues:
This model does come with a key, its given to the cx or left in the box
Issue: Lost their manual Key
Cause: They lost the key to the doorlock (not the key-code)
Solution:
We do not have and will not ship out a new key. They must contact a locksmith as this is their responsibility (similar to buying a safe from Walmart/Lowe's)
Issue: Forgot their code to door
Cause: Forgot the code to the lock (not lost the key)
Solution:
Factory restart the doorlock is the only way to resolve, they will use their manual key for the time being
Issue: Keeps constantly saying "locking"or wont go to a locked status?
Cause: The battery is too weak for the lock, or the lock is misaligned on the door or hole may be too small
Solution:
First step is to swap or ship out new battery, if this fails then it will need to be realigned by our technician
Issue: Lights turned off and it wont work?
Cause: Bad battery (if more extreme possible internal damage but this is exceptionally rare)
Solution:
ship out new battery (x4 AA)
By default the code will be the same as the panel code, but it can be changed on ADT app.
Kwikset can have independent codes manually put into it at the physical location of the doorlock (over 100)
HOWEVER IF THEY DO THIS THEY CAN NOT ACCESS IT THROUGH THE ADT APP ANYMORE
Always advise to change code in the app not manually
Log into the ADT App
