FAQ:

Flat Mount/ Corner Mount

Learn in with ADD Sensor (not peripheral) [If need to remove battery, press button at top and slide off cover]
Should be on interior-Follower or Night-Follower (3ps)
Only time you see a light on it, is when it is in learning mode
Can be disable at night while still arming the rest of the system (see: Arm Stay on your panel)
Can ignore pets up to 80lbs (multiple large pets can still trigger the alarm -ie it thinks its the shape of a person)
Common False alarms:
- Multiple pets together in an area
- Cats climbing on top of furniture
- Curtains blowing from an AC
- If its facing a window and people are walking right outside of it

Common Issues:

Issue: It just wont do anything?

Cause: Could be internal damage or not learned in

Solution:

- Check status on 3ps (Make sure it shows up on website)
- Do a System Restart on 3ps (or they can manually do it on the panel)
- If error still shows up then order them a new one in the mail

Issue: Wont locate when learning in?

Cause: Too far away/interference

Solution:

Issue: Fell off the wall?

Cause: Temperature fluctuation, etc

Solution:

- You can order them a repair kit for the sensor (If noticeable damage we can ship a new one)
- IF they can get it put back up in the same position Do a System Restart on 3ps (or they can manually do it on the panel)

Issue: No lights on the motion sensor

Cause: This is normal, a light on the motion sensor means that it is in pairing mode, there is no light to notify the cx of motion

Solution:

Issue: Last activity on sensor was a long time ago?

Cause: Issue with Radio-waves or the cx has damaged it possibly

Solution:

Arm the motion while on "Arm Stay"

Panel: Armed Custom, them make sure no motion sensors are highlighted, select Armed custom again in the bottom of the screen.
Manuel: In 3ps set group to Instant perimeter and set top setting to perimeter
