Common Issues:

Issue: ERRORCODE Low Battery/AC Power
Cause: Could be cross wired or could be a power fluctuation
Solution:
Check it wires are damaged
Check if Outlet is still working
System reboot But may need to get a tech visit
Issue: ERRORCODE Battery Dead/Missing
Cause: Battery is having a malfunction
Solution: Schedule for a tech visit
Issue: ERRORCODE WiFi Fault (Or Broadband out)
Cause: Most likely changed WiFi provider/ISP (or name/password)
Solution:
This is just a notification and does not hurt their system Unless they have an extra panel and wifi extenders
Simple Panel Reboot Or Select WiFiNetwork Or Swap from dual-path to cell
Issue: ERRORCODE GEODEVICE Malfunction
Cause: Poor phone service,
Solution: call their cell service provider
This issue is related to the cell tower and does not have anything to do with our equipment (example: having an AT&T service in Southern Illinois when all they have are Verizon towers, etc...)
Issue: ERRORCODE Radio Not Responding
Cause: Usually means there is a power issue
Solution: Try a remote restart but you may need to Schedule for a tech visit
Issue: Major Sound/Noise Delay?
Cause: Could be power, could be too much bandwidth traffic, could also be attenuation
Solution: (10-15 seconds is a normal amount to wait, any longer is excessive) Do a panel reboot
Issue: Frozen
Cause: Could be a power issue
Solution: Factory Reset
Issue: Extra panel keeps dying when taken off the panel
Cause: Panel wires are possibly stretched way too far
Solution:
To a factory reset on the panel (not just a reboot)
Issue: Keeps going Armed Stay instead of Armed away
Cause: They are still in the property, and they did not close a door to "trigger" the system to think they left
Solution:
Close a door or just keep it on armed stay

By default 99% of all panels are installed and mounted to the wall. (Its usually secondary panels that have a different type of mount, such as desktop)
The one exception is Connecticut. All Panels in this state must be installed by an electrician. The tech will have them running to a desktop mount by default

This panel will not work with 3ps as it does not have an auto learnmode, all added equipment must be added at the panel or on 3ps with its serial code
Entry Delay
Using the App is instant. However If they wish to manually do it, the moment a door(withsensor) opens it will start a beep sounding countdown
(It will start to make a couple beeps, when the alarm is triggered it will be rapid beeps)

Select the correct time
Be sure to make sure other alarms have Instant Perimeter turned Off
Replace Battery
Set Panel in Test Mode (myadt.com)

Unscrew (Phillips) screw
Open up panel
Unplug Battery
Unscrew Cover
Remove Battery
Remount Rescrew EndTestMode
It may take up to 24-48 hours for the low battery message to disappear as the battery begins to charge
