In Project 5, we reflected on areas of growth and opportunity as learning designers. Then, we individually evaluated the learning design thinking model, suggested adjustments, and critically analyzed it.
Abstract
LDT 640 Advanced Practicum in Learning Design course at the University of Maryland Global Campus in the spring of 2023 covered the concept and project-based application of Learning Design Thinking (LDT). The course covered paralleled topics simultaneously, including the six phases of the LDT process, aspects of leadership, teamwork, conflict management, and project management that culminated in producing a learning solution as a final deliverable. The primary purpose of this critical analysis is to evaluate the elements of the LDT model and process. It also encompasses personal reflection on sustainable leadership, key team management skills, conflict resolution, and the role of project management during the course work.
The next LDT 670 will be the final course of this Master's program. TBD!
