This week we looked at level 2, Learning of the Kirkpatrick Model.
Assessments are designed to capture the learners' learning of the course. I developed quiz questions that align with the enabling objectives of the capstone course. Quiz 1 is placed at the end of module #1 to gauge how well the knowledge, skills, and attitude are transferred effectively.
The learning module is created with Rise 360. Module #1 is still under development but you can take a look at the learning material from this review link. UPDATE
The learning module is followed by a quiz section created on Canvas.
To log in as a learner, please use the username and password provided and go to Quiz 1 at the end of Module #1.

There is no time limit on this assessment.
There are 15 questions in total. Each question weighs 6.66 points toward 100 points.
‘Select all that apply’ means the question has multiple correct answers. To gain points, you should choose all correct answers.
The passing score is 60%, more than 60 of 100 points. You have an unlimited number of attempts to reach the score.
At the end of module #1, the learner will be able to:
✔️ Identify your definition of success.
✔️ Visualize your long-term vision.
✔️ Contrast your long-term vision and current state.

Fail up - Own your ups and downs. There’s often a lesson to learn.

15) To earn points for the course, you have to submit the assignments but the submission has no influence on your work performance. Is this true or false? [true/false]
Remediation: The assignment submissions let you earn points for the course, but the content will not be graded. The submitted files also will not be shared within the organization without your consent and it has no influence on your work performance.
To assess knowledge and skills that enable tasks directly linked to the objectives, it was relatively easy to form questions. But attitude, confidence, and commitment are subjective by nature. I had a hard time coming up with appropriate questions that let learners gain points when they responded with answers that showed their attitude, confidence, and commitment.
Another challenge of this week was getting some technical glitches on TalentLMS. I couldn't get access to revise the first 5 questions that are supposed to be shown on page 2. I need to go back to fix this later. And I'm a little disappointed with the limited remediation options in the TalentLMS. I wanted to differentiate the remediation for correct and incorrect answers, but I could set only one remediation for any answer. I may move the course to Canvas.
