naming convention explained:
WAR = name of project
-C = Character Card
-E= Event Card
-I= Item Card
-George Washington = Type Out the full name
-SB = Artist Initials (On our overall style guide we will need to determine initials that do not repeat each other)
-c = version letter (a, then b, then c etc. do not name anything final)
