"Pastel Sky & Mountains"

ARTIST STATEMENT:

My name is Mikayla Moore. I am a graduating senior this year at the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. This painting, Pastel Sky & Mountains is made out of Acrylic and 3-D paint. I started with a blank canvas and blended colors that are on the pastel cool side of the spectrum. I then added 3-D paint to the mountains, moon and stars to add texture to the painting so everyone can feel it.

Mikayla loves painting, papermaking and Art in general. She would like to study Art and Art Therapy in college.
