Allergies

Itchy eyes? Sneezing up a storm? Coughing up a lung? Check this section out for useful tips on how to survive allergy season! Whether it's pollen or even house dust.

Wear a mask or glasses

You read it correctly. They make special glasses in Japan for allergies! Or you can opt for a simple mask.

Face Spray

"The Cationic Polymer (positive ions) will help prevent fine particles from entering your nose and eyes (do not spray into your eyes)."

I've never used this before, but it's an option!

Eye Wash

"Fill the cup to the line, place over your eye, blink a few times then dry. You can use this up to 3 times a day. I use it at night after a heavy pollen day. Remember to remove make up and contacts before use."

Nasal Spray

Not only for clearing out your sinuses when you have a bad cold, nasal sprays can be great for helping with allergies, too.

Another option to consider is a neti pot.

Antihistamines

It's possible to get Allegra at the pharmacy. Sometimes you can get Claritin and Zyrtec as well!

Air Purifier

Of course you don't want to wear a mask at home. To protect against outdoor and indoor allergens, an air purifier isn't a bad idea.
