Reflection

Understanding organizational systems was something that I was not familiar with, however, after writing an essay for my ED 695B Portfolio Completion course, I was able to get a better grasp at certain systems in higher education. In addition to relevant resources, I was able to interview a professor at the University of Minnesota, Morris. This information was helpful because I was able to see how organizational systems work in higher education and how they differ from other universities.
