Reflection

I was previously a Career Coach at Concordia College, and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. While I was there, I had the opportunity to work with the student workers and help them with any issues they may have had when looking over a resume. While there, I put together an evaluation form that college departments can use to evaluate their student worker's abilities. The evaluation was based on the NACE Competencies, many that we are using to graduate. The document allowed the evaluator to see the definition of each competency. These evaluations would be for college departments, but also for the students at Concordia who have worked with the student workers. The evaluation was created and then presented by my Director at Concordia for a staff training meeting. From what I have heard, the faculty/staff were quite fond of the evaluation.
