Reflection

I had the opportunity to interview Kris Olson, Director of the Career Center at Concordia College, about their curriculum and how it is different than Minnesota State University, Moorhead (MSUM). For an example, MSUM has Student Affairs Director/Department, while Concordia College has Student Engagement instead. I was able to learn how they are changing their curriculum for the school, but also how the Career Center is different.

Because of the course ED 787: Teaching and Learning at the University Level, I was able to develop my own course outline and syllabus. I was able to design the course by developing learning outcomes and have certain planning methods. I thoroughly enjoyed this assignment.
