Through my studies and work experience, I have demonstrated the ability to understand Communication Competency

Reflection

This competency continues to be my strongest section I have completed. I say this because I have strong communication skills and have effectively worked with individuals and groups because of this skill. Through my time at Concordia College, I learned more about the importance of working as a team. I was able to communicate with multiple different departments in the college, both at Concordia College and Minnesota State University, Moorhead. I also learned more about the staff and faculty dynamic and how to effectively collaborate with them. Working as a Career Coach would include running the process, facilitating the meetings, and letting students create and meet their goals.
