Through my studies and work experience, I have demonstrated the ability to understand Judgement and Problem Analysis Competency
Reflection
During my internship with Sue Bertsch, I had to collaborate with other interns about deciding who would take certain roles, especially during race day. I would also continue to stay after my shifts to support Bertsch with anything she needs. As a graduate assistant at the Career Development Center, our office would sometimes have to switch students around to different graduate assistants if someone was gone or did not have time in their schedule. I was able to effectively help students with limited preparation. As a Career Coach at Concordia College, I worked on projects that were assigned to me and would decide which needed to be finished first. Throughout each experience, I was able to demonstrate flexibility and work quickly and effectively.
